Tuition Remission for Johns Hopkins University Faculty/Staff

Eligible faculty and staff may use an approved JHU Tuition Remission Voucher and Professional Development Form to attend this activity. These forms will be sent to you. Approved forms must accompany your meeting registration form and be received in the CME office, located in Turner 20, School of Medicine, prior to the start of the activity.

Per JHU policy, if you paid for your registration by tuition remission (TR), you must, sign in to confirm your attendance. If we cannot verify attendance by the sign-in sheet, we must bill the cost of your registration back to your department as a no-show fee.
