Smoking Cessation


Reasons to quit:

  • Smoking has been implicated in causing: lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, stomach ulcers and other illnesses.
  • Smoking is costly and money spent on tobacco cannot be spent on other positive things.
  • Nicotine is more addictive than alcohol or cocaine.
  • Secondhand smoke causes illnesses to those who do not smoke.
