Carl H. Francioli, a licensed Certified Public Accountant, joined Johns Hopkins Bayview's Department of Finance in 1995. After serving as senior director of finance from 1998 to 2007, he was named Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Medical Center. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins Bayview, Francioli was a manager in the Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Practice of KPMG, LLP.
