Making An Appointment

The team at the Johns Hopkins Cartilage Resoration Center wants to be prepared for your visit, reserve the appropriate amount of time and consult with colleagues that may be able to assist prior to your visit. Therefore, before your appointment can be scheduled, you'll need to provide the following:

• Please fax your latest MRI reports and referrals (if necessary) to 410-550-2899. Please do not send the original films in advance; however, bring them with you to your scheduled appointment.
   
• To save time on your first visit, you may print out, complete and bring these forms:
  - New Patient - HIP
  - New Patient - KNEE
  - New Patient - SHOULDER

After your information is received, a team member will review your records and call you to schedule an appointment. Cartilage Restoration Center experts are conveniently available at multiple locations. To schedule an appointment at any location, please call 410-550-0453.
