Biography

Muhammad Waqas Athar, M.D., a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, earned medical degree at King Edward Medical University in Pakistan. He completed residency in internal medicine at Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners in Michigan.

Dr. Athar is a founding member of Society to Improve Diagnosis in Medicine and a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine.
