Biography
Appointed division manager in 2007, Tiffani Panek joined CIMS in 2003. Since her arrival to the division, Panek has supervised the piloting of electronic professional fee billing within the division, then managed implementation of the system within the Department of Medicine.
After completing the Johns Hopkins Faculty Development Program's course in curriculum development, Panek joined the initiative to develop the Johns Hopkins fellowship in hospital medicine, to be implemented in 2008.
Throughout her career, Panek has been awarded the CIMS Achievement (2004), the Department of Medicine's Outstanding Staff Award (2005) and a star award from the staff of the Zieve Medical Unit (2006). She is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine.
