17th Annual C.R. Bard, Inc. Golf Classic

The leadership of Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center invites you to participate in the 17th Annual C.R. Bard, Inc. Golf Classic, Monday, June 18, 2012, at Hayfields Country Club in Hunt Valley, MD. Proceeds from the event will benefit Johns Hopkins Bayview's Healthy Community Partnership.

The Healthy Community Partnership is designed to enhance community health, grew out of relationships that the Medical Center developed with a number of area religious congregations. The program aims to address health care disparities, support initiatives to improve access to medical care, offer educational programs on timely health topics, and equip individuals and groups with the resources and tools they need to be stronger advocates for good health and medical care.

Schedule of Events

• 7 a.m. - Registration begins, driving range open, continental breakfast
• 8:30 a.m. - Shotgun start, scramble format
• 1:30 p.m. - Lunch and awards ceremony

*On-course snacks and beverages will be available. Tournament format is a basic scramble with handicaps.

Prizes

Team prizes will be awarded for first, second and third low net. Individual prizes will be awarded for the men's and women's longest drive and closest to the pin on designated holes.

Dress

Appropriate golf attire, including golf shoes with soft spikes, is required. No collarless shirts, tanks or tube tops allowed. Jeans, cut-off shorts and inappropriately short shorts also are prohibited.
