The leadership of Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center invites you to participate in the 15th Annual C.R. Bard, Inc. Golf Classic, to benefit the Johns Hopkins Bayview Fund, Monday, June 21, 2010, at Hayfields Country Club.
The Johns Hopkins Bayview Fund is a philanthropic fund established by the Medical Center to support health care and wellness programs for our neighbors in need. It is the major funding component of the Community Care-A-Van, which provides mobile primary care services to underserved and at-risk populations, especially women and children.
Schedule of Events
- 7 a.m. - Registration begins, driving range open, continental breakfast
- 8:30 a.m. - Shotgun start, scramble format
- 1:30 p.m. - Lunch and awards ceremony
*On-course snacks and beverages will be available. Tournament format is a basic scramble with handicaps.
Prizes
Team prizes will be awarded for first, second and third low net. Individual prizes will be awarded for the men's and women's longest drive and closest to the pin on designated holes.
Dress
Appropriate golf attire, including golf shoes with soft spikes, is required. No collarless shirts, tanks or tube tops allowed. Jeans, cut-off shorts and inappropriately short shorts also are prohibited.
