Seltzer Elected to Board of Directors, Community Behavioral Health Association

Sheila Seltzer, LCSW-C, manager of adult outpatient mental health programs in the community psychiatry program, was elected to a two-year term on the Board of Directors for the Community Behavioral Health Association (CBH). Seltzer previously was an active participant of CBH’s Clinical Committee.

CBH is the professional association for Maryland’s network of community-based programs that serve 94,000 children and adults who use the public mental health system. Its 48 member agencies, including Johns Hopkins Bayview’s community psychiatry program, operate outpatient clinics, rehab programs, and a variety of housing, vocational, crisis and related support services that assist people with mental illness to participate in community life as independently and productively as possible.
