The Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center announces the appointment of Heidi Minken as director of development. In this role, Minken is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of fund-raising efforts for the Medical Center.
Minken comes to Johns Hopkins Bayview from Mercy Medical Center where she served as senior development officer with a focus on the capital campaign for the Replacement Hospital at Mercy. Prior to that role, she was director of development and was responsible for enhancing Mercy's fund-raising program, developing corporate partnerships and strengthening relationships with fund-raising volunteers.
Minken graduated from Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, NY, with a bachelor of arts degree. She also earned a master's degree in fine arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore.
