Biography
Betty Chou, M.D., FACOG, is committed to her philosophy that every woman deserves a compassionate, knowledgeable and skillful OB/GYN provider. She believes women's health needs are "highly individualized and diverse," and that it is essential to have a physician who has the expertise and can take the time to address and care for individual needs.
In addition to providing routine obstetrical care and well-woman visits, Dr. Chou offers medical and surgical management for a wide variety of gynecologic conditions. She is clinical director of the colposcopy clinic, as well as coordinator of the Medical Student OB/GYN Clerkship Program at Johns Hopkins Bayview.
Dr. Chou earned a medical degree at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she also completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology. She is board-certified in general obstetrics and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics.
