Biography

Dr. Johnson has been a full-time orthopaedic surgery faculty member with the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions for 25 years. He specializes in the treatment of the arthritic knee and reconstructive surgery of the knee.

Dedicated to excellence in patient care, Dr. Johnson has developed and refined surgical techniques that provide precise, outstanding results, with enhanced patient safety and reduced risk of complication.

With a devotion to educating and mentoring medical students, Dr. Johnson was awarded “Teacher of Year” in 2009 by the Johns Hopkins orthopaedic surgery residents.
