Battle of the Bulge – Common Hernias and Their Treatment

Breastfeeding Class
Learn the benefits of breastfeeding, behaviors of a normal newborn, how to pump and store breast milk, and how medications and contraceptives affect breastfeeding.

Childbirth Preparation
This course provides expectant mothers and their labor coaches in-depth instruction on labor, delivery, pain control and other topics related to the birth experience. Classes are led by a certified childbirth educator.
