Biography
B. Robert Gibson, M.D., assistant professor of surgery at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, earned a medical degree at the Oregon Health and Sciences University. After completing a surgical residency and fellowship at the State University of New York at Buffalo, Dr. Gibson completed further speciality training in surgical critical care at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Specializing in critical care of the surgical, burn and trauma patient, Dr. Gibson has co-authored multiple publications in this field and received national attention from several specialty societies for his work.
