- Clinical - hand surgery, plastic surgery, disorders of the upper extremity, injuries to the brachial plexus, traumatic and surgical defects of the trunk,head and extremities, skin cancer including melanoma, re-animation of the face and upper extremity, microsurgical free tissue transfer, reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery

Biography
Scott D. Lifchez, M.D., assistant professor of plastic surgery at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, earned a medical degree at the University of Illinois. He trained in plastic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin and in hand surgery at the Curtis Hand Center in Baltimore. Dr. Lifchez is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Lifchez is an active member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
