The Johns Hopkins Weight Management Center provides pre-operative evaluations for those considering bariatric surgery. We offer nutrition, psychological and exercise services, as well as medical assessments. Follow-up care after surgery also is available. To schedule an appointment, please call 410-583-2860. Prior to your arrival for a scheduled assessment, you will be asked to complete a pre-surgical questionnaire. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate of completion which you can present to your insurance company and bariatric surgeon.
